Kibbi is made from the combination of burghul (which is crushed wheat) and lean lamb. It is mixed and uniquely shaped and filled with a delicious meat, onion and pine nut filling.

A must on any mezza plate, our kibbi goes also goes perfectly with MonJay Mezza’s signature tahini dip. Kibbi also tastes great in Lebanese rolls filled with tabouli and Garlic or Peri Peri dip.
