Sambousk
Sambousk are made from delicious golden pastry, and filled with meat, onion and pine nuts.
Originally a Persian delicacy dating from the 10th century, sambousk was so loved poems were written in its honour. Still the perfect addition to any modern-day mezza plate, our sambousk sits perfectly alongside MonJay Mezza’s tzatziki dip or, for something with a bit of a kick, try it with our beloved garlic dip. They can also be matched with our peri peri or tahini dip for a delicious snack. Baked or fried, they can be served as a finger food or a main meal.Note: the images featured on this page are examples. Not final product.
